HOW DO ORDERS WORK?

All the pieces are made to order with your specific measurements, meaning that:

they aren’t ready-to-ship;
there’s a waiting time;
and the pieces shown are a representation of how your piece will look like.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PIECE TO BE READY?

Around 35 days - this includes the time on queue and the production time of the piece. After that the piece is ready to be sent!

I have a special event coming soon, when should I place my order?

I advise placing an order at least 6-7 weeks in advance (approximately 1.5 months) to give me enough time to create your special piece and to accommodate small hiccups that may occur during the shipping process.

You can let me know the date of your event on the “Order notes” box, at the end of your order, just to make sure I prioritize your piece if needed!

DO YOU LIMIT THE ORDERS YOU ACCEPT?

Yes. Since this is a very slow production, there’s a limit of pieces that can be made in a week/month.

WHAT COMPANY DO YOU SHIP THROUGH?

All the orders are sent via local post to keep the shipping costs at a minimum - this means your order will be handled by CTT until it leaves Portugal, and after that it’s distributed by your country’s official post office service.

DO THE ORDERS INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes. And they have a small insurance (in case of loss) as well.

ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED?

No, the shipping cost isn’t included in the piece’s price and it varies with your location and order’s weight.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

The shipping process can vary a lot, depending on the customs process. European
orders usually take around a week to arrive and for the remaining continents the
expected time is around two weeks.
