This brand was created with the environment in mind - 99% of all the materials are
sourced locally, so by supporting EMJOTA Studio you’re also supporting a lot of
Portuguese small businesses.

The lining of the pieces is made out of 100% cotton with an OEKO-TEX® certification.
Additionally, there are a lot of upcycling of old materials - with the motto of reducing the carbon footprint -, and all the denim selected comes from existing pieces.

The packages your orders are sent in are all 100% compostable, entirely made out of recycled materials or plastic from the ocean - with an Eco Alliance Badge!

DO YOUR PIECES INCLUDE SYNTHETIC FIBERS?

Yes. In order to keep the affordability of the brand there are some synthetic fabrics included in the pieces, mainly the decorative fabrics.

One of the future goals is to swap those to more natural materials, without skyrocketing the prices of the pieces.
